Milestones Program
Strengthening Relationships

We all want to be the best parents we can be, but at times, life has a way of complicating our best efforts. That’s why Crittenton Centers developed the Milestones program. We help parents recognize their strengths and improve their parent-child relationships through bi-weekly visits, activities, early literacy skills development screenings, and monthly connections that encourage parent-child interactions.
Services include:
- Frequent Home Visits with a Certified “Parents As Teachers” Family Educator
- Parent/Child Activities, including the development of early literacy skills
- Ongoing Developmental Screenings; Hearing and Vision Screenings
- Group Outings to provide Family Education Opportunities

Serving tri-county families with children from birth to age three at no cost, our doulas provide nonclinical physical, emotional, and information support during pregnancy, birth, and the early weeks of parenting. Teamed with a parent educator, you’ll benefit from excellent support, essential resources, and advocacy. Plus, those enrolled in our Milestones program will have access to home visits from our doulas.
All Crittenton Centers’ Family Services Programs are free. For more or eligibility requirements, please contact our Family Services Coordinator at (309) 674-0105 or email us at [email protected].
